The right kinds of failures provide us with fresh insights and teach us things that move us closer to our goals. Failures, by contrast, give you plenty to think about, and tremendous motivation to learn the lesson, to change, to improve. If you still believe in your goals, you can use failure as a lever to move beyond your past limiting conditions.

Owning your failure gives you a chance to demonstrate your positive attitudes, openness, and faith. Failure stories provide an opportunity to demonstrate what you learned, and how you would have done things differently. Stand tall in the face of your failures and challenges, and you will find they have much more valuable lessons for you than success ever could.
