Why the transition from Founder to Physician?

My journey to medicine hasn’t been a straight line, but every step has been intentional.

As a Former Founder and Entrepreneur, I learned how to solve high-stakes problems, manage teams under pressure, and advocate for people’s needs. Later, pivoting into Nutrition Science gave me the technical foundation to understand the biological 'how' of human health.

Now, as a student in the BAAG program (Greek Archaeology, History, and Literature) at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, I am rounding out that foundation with the 'why'. Immersed in the classical humanities, I am building the foundation to become a physician who understands both clinical evidence and the human context behind every patient.

The intersection of technology, nutrition, and the humanities is where the future of empathetic, evidence-based medicine lives. I’m ready to get to work.

Biology teaches us how life survives. Humanities teach us why life is worth surviving. You really can’t be a complete physician without respecting both.

Asking 'will AI replace doctors' is like asking if the printing press replaced scholars. Wrong question.

Most "AI in healthcare" content is either: 1. Hype about replacing doctors (won't happen) 2. Fear about losing the human touch (real risk) The actual question: What becomes possible when diagnosis is instant and doctors have time to think again?

Everyone's debating whether AI will replace doctors while Google quietly releases models that could make a village clinic as diagnostically capable as a city hospital. The real disruption isn't about jobs. https://t.co/VCEanHIR4Z

The best use of AI is making the boring parts faster so you have time for the parts that matter.

the only thing that is going to matter in 10 years is the state of your health. You can't enjoy any of the things you're chasing without it.

She builds new molecules with AI. Not in theory. In practice. What interested me wasn’t the technology. It was how far ahead it already is. https://t.co/ygt2xSDVp9

an underrated skill right now: observing everything that’s happening without turning it into content or a take.
